General Return Policy

• Eligibility for Returns: Items must be non-personalized, unworn, and returned with original packaging, certificates, and documentation.
• Return Window: Initiate returns within 14–30 days of receiving the item, based on the product and location.
• Non-Returnable Items: Includes custom-made or engraved jewelry and "Final Sale" items.
• Condition of Items: Items must be in their original, undamaged condition. Missing components may result in rejection or additional fees.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Submit a Return Request: Log in to your account, navigate to "Orders," and select the item. Complete the form with the reason for return and attach item photos.
2. Approval and Return Authorization (RA): Once approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization number and prepaid shipping label if eligible.
3. Ship the Item: Securely package the jewelry with all original components and use insured shipping with tracking.
4. Inspection and Processing: After inspection, a refund or exchange will be processed if the item meets the criteria.

Refunds and Exchanges

• Refund Process: Refunds are issued via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days.
• Exchanges: You can select a replacement item once the return passes inspection.
• Restocking Fees: Applicable for certain returns to cover handling and inspection.

Return Shipping and Insurance

Use the prepaid label provided for eligible returns or arrange insured shipping with tracking. In-store returns are also accepted for faster processing.
